I am having a impetigo on chin and cheek. Have some scratches or cut on chin and cheek . How to heal it. No more yellowish liquid oozing out need help?

Was told on this app what i might hav is pityriases rosea but not sure cuz a friend said it was impetigo. Saw a doc about it but they didn't no. Help?
