I need help with possible endometriosis. The pain is almost unbearable and so bad its causing me nausea and I believe it is spreading to my intestines?
Difficult: In medicine rational therapy follows proper diagnosis. My review of endometriosis raises doubt about medical model theorized to explain endo. Yes: Only surgery and pathological examination of a biopsy can diagnose endometriosis.
