I have regular neck pains on my left, probably from gym. I have tried stretching and exercising the neck to no avail. Any suggestions?

Simple ways: Get a good night sleep before and take a hot shower in am and stretch neck and then take tylenol (acetaminophen) and/or ibuprophen if you have no issues taking these medications before test to control or minimize any symptoms and do stretching when on breaks from tests as the short answers as some may just be the stress of the test and test length which are not necessarily avoidable. ...Read more

Flu like illness: This sounds like it could be the flu - and I would try to get that diagnosed 'yes or no' - as there is anti-viral treatment for the flu if that's what you have. You are certainly dehydrated (from the fever) which is adding to the headache/thirst. Your heart rate is responding to the fever and dehydration (as well as the infection!).
