Soft lump bet c7&T1: It appears you have slipped disc.
go to your family doc, he may do MRI or ct scan to confirm this experience. HE may refer to a specialist after getting radiologist report

Radiculopathy: It sounds like a disc has herniated in your neck or some other issues closing off the opening your nerve roots run through to exit the cervical spine. These are classic symptoms and I recommend seeing a physician sooner than later to identify if there is anything emergent or surgical necessity to avoid arm paralysis. It could be: Something serious, when you have this much pain in these different areas. I don't think any home remedies would help if you had it for 2 weeks already. Do a google search of neck muscle anatomy (look for photos) and try to figure out which of the strap muscles is in the location of your pain. That being said, in the mean time, have her change pillows, sleeping position, and try neck stretches before bed.
