MANY CONSIDERATIONS: A ruptured disc in neck, thoracic outlet syndrome, pectoralis minor syndrome, parsonage turner syndrome, all could be considered. Even carpal tunnel may refer pain upwards, but not usually into neck. Shoulder, neck, and blade pain may be seen with internal shoulder derangements, such as rotator cuff tear. County facility : I would recommend that you inquire at your local county medical clinic for assistance. The other option is to pay to see a private care physician who after an evaluation may refer you for a cervical MRI that you again will have to pay cash and/or work out a payment plan.
