Not likely a tumor: A brain tumor is pretty far down the list of possibilities. I think you have pinpointed the most likely cause yourself: muscle tension. Possibly migraine: you are having a migraine issue. The ear pain may be from teeth clenching or grinding partly related to your anxiety or less likely an inner ear infection.
