Why do I have severe neck pain from being sick? Went to the doctor and they didn't know what was wrong.
It may be or may not: Be related. Your neck pain may have been coincidental and related to a neck problem directly like a disc issue. Sometimes, myalgias or muscle pains may develop as related to a viral illness. Different Problems: Firstly, your two problems probably not related. Coccyx pain can be very difficult to effectively treat. Migraines also are difficult to treat, but more options including (1) abortive therapy, (2) preventative therapy. Viral infection, causing all the symptoms you have described. Muscles aches/pains are common after such an illness. It can last for 2-3 weeks. See a pcp to get some blood works, and nsaids, bed rest till you feel better; also to ensure you don't have something else.
