See a neurologist: Did you get brain vessel imaging? There are many types of headaches, including migraines, cough, cluster, occipital neuralgia, muscle strain, etc. Keep a log of the timing, duration, severity, and location of your headaches. Also try to identify any headache "triggers" (stress, not sleeping/eating). Take this information to a neurologist. http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/headache.html ...Read more

It could be a migraine, a muscle tension, a reaction to chronic use of painkillers, a food sensitivity or even a brain tumor, although that is rare. ...Read more

Daily twitching eyelid on left side with headache over eye that comes and goes. Sometimes neck pain or pain on back of head also. Eye is dry also.

When they are irritated, there may be a tender spot to pressure over them in the neck but the body may be most aware of the pain felt around and behind the eye - called referred pain. For this particular cause, tratment must be delivered to the neck. ...Read more
