Unlikely: A disc herniation could cause sudden neck pain & pain may cause nausea & vomiting but not eye pain. A headache up back of head could be from the cervical muscles being stimulated to involuntary contract leading to muscular or tension like headache . New or old?: Severe headaches such as migraine can cause vision changes/blurry vision. Muscle/tendon/cervical spine problems can cause neck pain which can trigger headaches/migraines. If this has been ongoing for long time, i suspect cervical disc/muscle problems to cause headaches etc..If this is sudden/new, carotid-disection (bleeding into wall of vessel) and cause your symptoms. No: Most ophthalmologists and those schooled in the west do not put a lot of credence in vision therapy. They don't put a lot of credence on acupuncture but many find relief. With migraines, certainly consider the care of a neurologist. If appropriate your md may consider botox.
