I get painful headaches thatthat along with neck pain ?

Cervicogenic

Pain
Some types of headaches can be associated with muscle spasms from the neck, known as cervicogenic headaches. However, best to see your Dr to make sure you don't have headaches for other reasons. And to have your neck pain checked also.

Arachnoid cyst

Computed_tomography
The symptoms that you describe are not associated with an arachnoid cyst. The body aches and cold sweats are indicative of a body system problem. Further tests including blood work and imaging can provide answers. Please see your primary care physician to address these symptoms.

Dr. Malini Shah answered:

Fallopian tubes infection can also cause back neck pain? I have a very painful back neck. and also suffering fallopian tube infection.

PID

Uterine_artery_embolization
There is no relation between infection in Fallopian tubes and neck pain. Neck pain could be from stress or muscle strain as long as there is no vomiting and fever in which case you need to be seen by a health care provider. Ice massage and stretching helps with muscle strain.

Cause of sudden severe neck pain? I have not sustained an injury and it hurts on the right side. It is painful to turn my head right but not left

Cervical facets?

Pain
I can't say for sure without examining you, but in my patients, this presentation is usually a cervical facet joint issue. You should seek out a non-surgical Spine specialist (physical medicine or anesthesia pain doc). Without major trauma and without severe radiating pain and weakness, this is unlikely to be a surgical case. Could be as simple as spasming muscles that only needs PT.
