Could be: Sounds like something we would call "shotty adenopathy" meaning feels like gun shot. The could be nothing might could also mean something so should be followed and evaluated. Mononucleosis?: At age 22, these symptoms for 3 weeks are highly suggestive of infectious mononucleosis. Mono often is mile, so "not sick, no fever" doesnt mean much.
