Feels like a Charlie horse at the top of my back near my neck everytime i try to bend my neck down im laying on a heating pad now but not helping?

I have a head ache in my neck mostly. I laid on a heating pad to try and help. Now I can barely pick my head up it hurts so bad.

Sure.: If you mean metrorrhagia, meaning irregular bleeding between periods, a heating pad may not help prevent bleeding but may help with the cramps you get when you bleed.
