I'm experiencing lightheadedness, trouble concentrating, nausea, when i stand or sit, but feel better after laying down should I be concerned?
Many reasons: There can be many reasons for this. A common reason includes orthostatic hypotension from dehydration, in which case adequate hydration and getting up slowly and pausing for 15-30 seconds before walking may help. Curious question...: Many GI symptoms have their origins in the central nervous system. I knew a prof of GI at johns hopkins, where did most training, who became a brilliant psychiatrist, after realizing the brain/mind was often the source of sx.
