Systemic illness: Would strongly recommend that you see a doctor asap. If the night sweats are due to fever, tuberculosis is a good possibility, and tumors may produce similar symptoms and signs. PCP: Your PCP can help you find out what's wrong. Being in and out of hospitals will most likely look for causes that can threaten your life in the moment. A primary care physician might be able to put all those visits/ complaints together to get closer to what's going on. Nausea for 2 weeks, not being able to eat anything but salads . Burnt rubber smelling urine. Fatigue, dizziness and stomach pain. Not sexually active.

Reduce starting dose: This may not necessarily be a side effect of the Zoloft (sertraline)--you may be coming down with a viral illness that is causing the symptoms. Assuming that this IS a series of Zoloft (sertraline) side effects, (entirely possible), I'd try cutting the dose in half for a few days, then increasing the dose if you encounter no problems at the lower dose. ...Read more
