Why I'm I bleeding for 10 days still after my period with right upper pain, nausea, headaches, cough, fatigue and shortness of breath with fever occasiona?
See your doctor: You may have a pelvic infection with liver involvement (adhesions). In addition you may have anemia from excessive bleeding which may be contributing to your headaches, fatigue and shortness of breath (SOB). In any case, SOB should be evaluated as there may be other serious causes such as blood clots in your lung, pneumonia, etc. See your doctor for an evaluation. Read more

Have chronic sinusitis with trapped cavities. Recently got what I believe is a cold, yellow green snot, cough, nausea and extreme fatigue where the past two days after only working 4hr shifts I'm needing a nap, is this potentially related?
See your doctor: It would be important to note how long these symptoms have been present. Nausea, severe fatigue, anorexia, facial flushing, and cough are systemic (internal) symptoms and can be caused by a number of things, such as viral infections, rheumatological disorders, white & blood cell disorders, neuroendocrine tumors, etc. Really need an in person exam, +/- chest xray, +/- basic labs to start with. If have stuffy nose, coughing, nausea, hot feeling, fatigue, drainage and can't sleep good and headache what's this?
URI: Upper respiratory infection caused by a virus - most likely cause in healthy non-smoker. The URI can last 7-10 days and antibiotics do NOT kill viruses so they will not help in any way. I would use dayquil/nyquil, Robitussin DM (guaifenesin and dextromethorphan) or honey in tea and rest. If you develop a fever over 101, shortness of breath or it lasts over 10 days, see a doctor. What could cause pain in kidney when I cough? I have been dealing with kidney issues. Buff in urine, nausea, vomiting, a lot of pain, and fatigue. Now
Get evaluated.: Your physician will need to perform a detailed history, physical exam, and lab tests to work up what sounds to be a complicated medical history with prior kidney issues. Pain, nausea, & vomiting are often symptoms of an obstructed kidney, and though renal colic transmitted by coughing is rare, can also be due to obstruction. After evaluation, you may need to see a kidney or urologic specialist. Read more
My mom has many nodules on her lungs, nausea, fatigue, shortness of breath, and a cough she's had for over a month. Could it be serious?
Yes; smoker? Nodules: ... are worrisome in the lungs unless the cause is known to be benign (only way to establish that is by bronchoscopy & biopsy). We don't have all the information here... did your mom ever smoke tobacco? A persistent cough is never a good sign in an (ex-)smoker. Have her talk to a doctor or use HealthTap Prime to go over her history & get a diagnosis. Only then will we know if it's serious or not. Read more
