I quit smoking 3 days ago and I'm experiencing some serious diarrhea and nausea. I smoked for about 7 months. When will these withdrawal symptoms pass?
I had bad indigestion at 3 am then started vomiting. I have been vomiting for 8 hours. No immediate nausea before vomiting. Body aches and dry mouth.

Am confused: your profile says "does not drink alcohol" but you are drunk now and routinely have vomiting when you are drunk?? You are on an antidepressant, when alcohol both causes and increases depression, and your stomach and brain are giving you a message that this stuff is toxic to you. Essentially yes !: Not eating can cause nausea and can also cause dehydration. Dehydration makes nausea worse. Nausea makes it hard to eat or drink. It can be a vicious cycle. What aches/pains?: I have had hundreds, perhaps thousands, of patients quit smoking, and ALL of them complained about anxiety, irritability, craving, poor concentration, depression and many other things, but not of aches and pains.
