Maybe: There are many causes of belly pain, some of which are simply annoying, others are deadly. Assuming your doctor did thorough interview & exam, if stomach acid seems to be most likely cause, then high dose omeprazole (Prilosec) can help determine if acid is to blame. Likely PUD : Abdominal brought on by eating, along with nausea and back pain is concernig for peptic ulcer disease (pud). Accompanied by this degree of fatigue suggests presence of a bleeding ulcer which has caused anemia. Other more concerning conditions are certainly possible. Egg allergy: How were you tested for egg allergy. Were you tested seperately for the egg yolk and egg albumin? If not , you can challenge yourself to find out which part of the egg is troublesome.
