Nausea After Nap
Why do I sometimes feel nauseas in the morning? Seems to happen after naps or when I don't eat much before sleeping.
Have chronic sinusitis with trapped cavities. Recently got what I believe is a cold, yellow green snot, cough, nausea and extreme fatigue where the past two days after only working 4hr shifts I'm needing a nap, is this potentially related?
I woke up from nap, dizzy, cloudy head, burning skin, nausea, and dihareah. Went to ER and they don't even know. What's wrong with me!? I still feel sick!

If they change or continue over 10 days, get rechecked as it may be more clear at that time. Some this should not wait like chest pain, trouble breathing, fainting, inability to keep down fluids. ...Read more

I usually only feel nausea when I lay down to go to sleep. I am almost fully asleep and then I wake up to sit up and take deep breaths or else I feel as though I may vomit. I tend to burp afterwards and then wait for it to calm down before sleeping.
Nausea: I assume pregnancy is not an issue. Nocturnal nausea may be caused by a hiatus hernia, gastroesophageal reflux, gastric retention or abnormally slow stomach emptying of food ingested before bedtime, certain medications like aspirin or Advil which can irritate the stomach lining or by intolerance to certain oily foods. Try not eating anything after supper. See a gastroenterologist as needed ...Read more

Mirena (levonorgestrel): It sounds like you are having palpitations or some other abnormal cardiac rhythm.
