Its normal to continue to have some hormonally based nausea. The bleeding should DIMINISH every day and should no be visible in 4-5 days. Call your GYN since you may require a D&C.

Positive is positive no matter how faint. Usually by 14 days after miscarriage all of the pregnancy hormone in your system is gone, but it can take longer. It's possible that the test is picking up lingering hormone in your blood.

Maybe: Nausea during early pregnancy is believed to be due to elevated hormones such as beta-hcg and Progesterone (even though not all women have nausea, but all have elevated levels). Therefore as long as the levels of these hormones are elevated, a patient may experience nausea. If your bleeding is out of the normal for you, and the bleeding continues past the normal number of days you bleed, then yes there is a possibilty you could be having a miscarriage, or threatening to have a miscarriage. The only way to find out is to schedule a visit with your doctor for a complete evaluation.
On the other hand you may just be having a heavier than normal period. Also, you should probably be screened for fibroids, which are benign tumors of the uterus, and commonly cause heavy periods.
