I had an ovarian cyst rupture 4 days ago and I am having a lot of pain especially after eating. Is that normal?

Fainted w strong pain after eating when i had ovarian cyst. Doc said likely torsion. Removed. Got recurrence 5cm, had strong pain after eating. Same?
Correct diagnosis?: Eating to fill stomach does nothing to do with ovarian torsion although it may occur and recur at any given time. So, focus on watching and recording to log what you eat and drink so hopefully to pin-point any food-related incompatibility.
