Yes,but even better:: It's a good idea for everyone to take a good multivitamin & being on medicines often increases our need for vitamins. However, i don't recommend the nature made brand because it has synthetic (dl-alpha tocopherol) rather than natural vit e (d-alpha), which is hazardous. Probably: I can't really answer about the safety of taking those specific brands together because we really don't have enough information to accurately compare one brand against another.Manufacture of vitamins/supplements is not regulated; often they don't measure up to the label. Vitamins: I don't know what kind of multivitamin you're talking about -- different ones have different contents and fillers. As long as you are not sensitive to corn or other fillers in it, nature made stress b complex should be fine. Be sure to look at how much vit c is in your other vitamin, because your "b complex" has 500 mg in it also. You can get loose stools from more vit c than you can tolerate. ...Read more
