Not much: Hi. There's not much "natural" you can do to help reduce atherosclerotic plaque except healthy diet and regular exercise, and obviously don't smoke. The biggest issue, your genetics, is not a modifiable variable. You're young, but there are bad genes that can cause atherosclerotic events in your age group.
