Yes and no: Vit c in normal doses does not impact BP meds. Orange juice and other sweet liquids (all juice, soda, gatorade, etc) will increase your blood pressure - this will cause a relative decrease in the effectiveness of your meds. Yes: Vitamin c is fine to take while taking these medications. Not sure why you would take it, though. Same chemical but...: Both natural & synthetic vit. C are the same chemical, ascorbic acid, so most feel there's no difference but most synthetic is from gmo corn, which i feel is wise to avoid. Natural c usually has beneficial flavonoids too.
