Vit C: Helps in repair of tissues, but does not help in eradication of tb. The antibiotics are the ones that kill tb. Vit b6 helps in preventing the side effect of one of the medicines, isoniazid. ...Read more

Yes and no: Vit c in normal doses does not impact BP meds. Orange juice and other sweet liquids (all juice, soda, gatorade, etc) will increase your blood pressure - this will cause a relative decrease in the effectiveness of your meds. Liquids with over 10 cal/serving (except non-fat milk in moderation) are not good for you. Sweets in liquid form increase blood fats, belly fat & ultimately blood pressure. ...Read more

Yes: Vitamin c is fine to take while taking these medications. Not sure why you would take it, though. Recent studies have shown that your food should provide you with enough vitamins so if your food is inadequate, dietary modifications are necessary to get it where it should be. ...Read more

Same chemical but...: Both natural & synthetic vit. C are the same chemical, ascorbic acid, so most feel there's no difference but most synthetic is from gmo corn, which i feel is wise to avoid.
