I am 6 week into 6 month course of finasteride for enlarged prostate. I am having trouble ejaculating and orgasm unpleasan - should I stop treatment.
Perhaps: If the treatment is harming quality of life significantly then stopping may be wise. Finasteride can have significant sexual side effects which may persist after stopping. It is best in men with larger (>50 g) prostates. That would be fairly large but not impossible for a 39 year old.
