I advise adults take 5-6000 iu of d3/day in fall & winter. Consider fish oil, l-theanine, 5-htp, tulsi tea, ashwagandha, rhodiola, valerian & skullcap. Avoid nutra-sweet. Any ideas for natural supplements to help with anxiety? Already use chamomile, considering l-theonine. Trying to reduce my ativan (lorazepam) usage.

I suggest working with your psychiatrist & staying in psychotherapy. L-theanine is effective in some, but magnesium might be better for you (taurate or glycinate would be best absorbed).
