Spirulina/OCD? No: Spirulina is a rich source of nutrients -- it contains up to 70% protein, & has good b-complex vitamins, phycocyanin, chlorophyll, beta-carotene, vitamin e, and multiple minerals. If using this . . .: . . . Most recommend about 3 grams a day. Spirulina is a highly nutrient-dense food -- more protein than beef, chicken, or soybeans, plus it has all 8 essential Amino Acids too.
