See orthopedist: Could be from the shoulder or referred. Common referred sources include: abdomen, heart and neck. Shoulder pain: Clearly this is not "normal". You have injured yourself somehow. Perhaps you were lifting something that was too heavy for you ar you repeatedly exerted yourself to 100% with the shoulder and have and overuse problem. Maybe: It sounds like a pulled muscle in your neck. I don't see how the vein over your eyebrow is related to it. Perhaps you have become more aware and focused because of your pain and you notice it now. If the veins in your neck are being compressed it could cause the veins in your forehead to enlarge.
