If you are working out to build muscle, then i would not, as muscle relaxants can decrease post workout muscle metabolism mildly and hypothetically lead to less bulk. I don't know if i totally agree with that, but I have heard other hypothesize that. If your muscles are too sore right after, than you may be working them too hard.
