I was given 1 Cetrotide 0.25 and 1 Fostimon 75 once daily on natural cycle, but follicle will not grow this cycle. What are the possible reasons?

It could be.: You need to check for the LH surge. If you are doing an IVF cycle you will adminster an HCG shot which will mimic LH and cause ovulation, . If you are on antagon therapy this will stop the natural LH surge for the most part but it is not entirely failsafe. Just based on your age alone, your chances of pregnancy are good. Several factors actually decide success rate. The cause of your decreased fertility is important. If it is endometriosis, then it may be slightly lower than factors unknown to us yet make success rates lower in patients with endometriosis.
