I quit smoking 10 months ago and have put on 12 kilos. I smoked for 35 years, heavily for 25 of them. How long does it take to find natural metabolism?

I'm an ex smoker. Quit smoking a couple of months back but i still have dark lips. How can I get back the natural color of my lips ?

I would see my physician to check on oxygen levels, which can be easily measured. ...Read more
