Possible nonunion: The tibia is notorious for not healing. It's possible that it never healed and you've developed a nonunion, for several different reasons. I'd make an appointment with an orthopedic surgeon to evaluate why you're still having pain in your tibia. ...Read more

10,000: 41 is still sub therapeutic. While at one month you haven't reached a steady state blood level, if you were to recheck it in a month i would doubt it would be much above 50. I'd double the dose, then recheck in a couple of months. Unless you are over 100, i'd just maintain that 10, 000 unit dosage. ...Read more

Depends: For a male your age to have osteoporosis, there is likely to be more factors involved. Consider and test for copper deficiency. Also take magnesium daily, vitamin K2 daily, and some vitamin A occasionally. Strontium can also be useful, as well as boron.
