Nathaniel Brown Rice Diet
Which type?yes,but..: There is not just one "brown rice diet." I do not advise a diet of only brown rice and water. This will result in toxins coming out of your fat and brown rice does not give enough nutritional support to help our body to process these toxins.A brown rice diet with additional organic fruits & vegetables is much healthier, but I do not advise it primarily for weight loss- please see comment for more:. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

Sodium free beans (kidney, black, garbanzo, pinto) vs sweet potatoes which is healthier for wright loss? I've been eatin beans and avoiding potatoes
Neither: Both types of foods contain high glycemic index sugars, the sweet potatoes being somewhat worse. A balanced, lower fat diet and exercise will suffice for weight loss of 10 lbs. Or so. A larger weight loss might require a specific diet. Of those available you should look at the dukan diet. Is my vegetable intake okay? I eat mostly green veggies(broccoli, mixed greens, green pepper, green beans, etc.). My fruit intake is quite colorful.
Sounds good to me: I recommend people eat fruits & vegetables of all colors as the colors are made by different beneficial micronutrients. It's great that you're eating the veggies you do & that you're getting colorful fruits, so you're doing fine, but consider adding in some red/orange/yellow peppers, onions, carrots, tomatoes & purple cabbage. Is gluten free pasta ( maize starch, soy flour, potato starch and rice starch)with about 40 gm carbohydrates good for cholesterol ?
Does not matter: Since 90% of the cholesterol is produced by the body regardless of your diet, the above would not noticeably affect your cholesterol level. Do note that too much carb may not be good for your health. I don't believe extreme diet does anyone any good. Just eat anything in moderation and exercise at least 3 hrs a week will likely keep you in better shape. ...Read more
