My ears get blocked wen I fly. I'll take oral tablets n nasal spray n it works. Is constant use harmful? I tend to use d spray 3 — 4x on long haul

Stop it: Mucinex (guaifenesin) nasal spray can cause worsening of nasal congestion if used excessively and can have you completely blocked up. Stop using it and start using a saline nasal spray.
