Sounds dubious: There is an independent medical thinker who promotes a bizarre nasal irrigation system based on his own ideas about biofilms -- they're interesting and you're free to decide for yourself. But how you kill a biofilm and preserve the lysosomes that are helpful is beyond me. Since this is "pop" medicine, use it as much as you wish and you're probably safe.
