I suffer from chronic nasal congestion with no relief from common medicatioins, it interferes with my sleep, what can I do?

Bad allergies (nasal congestion/itchy eyes/etc) with no relief from daily claritind. What are other options? (shots? Prescriptions? Anything else?)
Dietary will help: Making sure to hydrate well and cutting out sugars, dairy, sodas, processed foods, desserts will reduce phlegm production. Cut out tobacco, as that can be contributory too.
