I get tension migraines every day. A dr has prescribe me naproxen 500mg bid. Is there anything else i can do or take?
I have been prescribed naproxen 500 mg and am a light smoker, what are the risks of smoking while taking this med?

Yes: This medication can affect the stomach and cause irritation and ulceration at high doses and prolonged use. In active gastritis this medication would be contraindicated and should be stopped.
