Don't: Most nail varnish contains many things dissolved in a solvent of butyl acetate or ethyl acetate. These are volatile chemicals but are largely safe. Http://ijt. Sagepub. I removed MAVALA STOP from my 2 y.o son with nail varnish removal. And washed his hand 3 times with soap after. Could aseton still be left on hithumb?
Remove acetone from: Skin by washing it with soap & water for 15 continuous minutes. Open a window & turn on an exhaust fan to avoid inhaling fumes. Acetone is absorbed through skin; it may irritate his already macerated thumb. It takes a large amount to cause headaches, nausea, confusion & dizziness. Don't worry about thumb sucking till he turns 5, but have his pediatrician & pediatric dentist check him out now. Read more

I'm gonna go 2 doc as soon as I can. But in the meantime, HELP. I accidentally got nail glue inside my eye. I flushed w/cold water, what else?
Sorry about that!: Nail glue is basically a form of Super Glue or Crazy Glue and, as you know it hardens & bonds very quickly. Application of vegetable oil may soften the glue and isn't an eye irritant. However, the oil may interfere with the doctor's ability to manipulate the eye lid & assess damage to your eye, so it's best that someone drive you to the doc ASAP! Dr. Anne Read more
