Bandaid and topical: The best treatment would be to get the wound assessed by a doctor. With that said if the there are no lacerations in the nail bed and the rest of the nail is attached firmly, no treatment would be necessary except for maybe a bandaid with topical antibiotic cream for a few days. If the nail is loose it may need to be taken off by a doctor or it may fall off on its own soon. ...Read more

No cause for concern: The small superficial cut on your small toe shouldn't be much of an issue as long as you can move your toe and feel the sensation at the tip of the toe. If the edges of the cut are gaping use tape to bring edges together. The blood collected under the nail should resolve on its own in a few days otherwise you can go to the Dr and get it drained to relieve the pressure ...Read more
