Bandaid and topical: The best treatment would be to get the wound assessed by a doctor. With that said if the there are no lacerations in the nail bed and the rest of the nail is attached firmly, no treatment would be necessary except for maybe a bandaid with topical antibiotic cream for a few days. See a doctor: Your nail needs to be examined by your doctor, preferably by a dermatologist. After examination you will be guided further. No cause for concern: The small superficial cut on your small toe shouldn't be much of an issue as long as you can move your toe and feel the sensation at the tip of the toe.
