Was : Was your right colectomy due to cancer or diverticulitis? Either way: the concern is recurrence of either disease--which could be serious. An abdomen ct with contrast will sort out the issue if not improving. ...Read more

Abdominal mass: I am not sure of your age, but at least it would be good for you to be examined by a physician, maybe have an abdominal or pelvic ultrasound or both depending on exam, and if 50 or over or with a family history of colon cancer or its risks, a colonoscopy, etc. Start by making an appointment with your primary care physician on Monday unless your symptoms worsen, then ER. Hello Dr. Studwick . I'm 4 1/2months pregnant and feeling a light nagging pain at the top of my belly on left hand side. It can be gas I'm not sure.

Round ligament: You have benign but complex presentation. The left side has your spleen and round ligament as well as your ovary in that general location. I would assume the nagging pain is related to your ovary and round ligament of the uterus and is not serious.
