I would want to know how well the baby is gaining weight, how the bowel movements are, whether the baby is formula or breast fed, how much crying the baby is actually doing. Is it safe to give mylicon drops to a 2 year old toddler everyday? 0.3ml dose, twice a day? My son's tummy is usually bloated without it.
Yes: It's safe to use Simethicone on a daily basis. It is not absorbed systemically, just stays in the GI tract and breaks up gas bubbles. Look also into why he's so bloated - is there a food sensitivity, eating too fast, drinking soda?
