Follow instructions: You trusted the Dentist to do surgery (implant placement) but not to follow his/her post procedure instructions. Why? Chlorhexidine will reduce chance of surgical sites becoming infected. OTC mouthwashes for the most part just enrich the manufacturer and can actually interfere with healing. ...Read more

Troches: It can. Remember that those are medications in your mouth. It can be a side effect from any of the components troches are made from. There are other ways to use progesterone if that one is not working for you. I'm sure your doctor can use another route if troches are not working. ...Read more
