Can TB be treat with rifampin (RIF), pyrazinamide (PZA), and ethambutol (EMB) only??? Just stop INH due the high enzymes waiting for the next treat

Yes: Santa Clara TB control is very good and will advise you and your doctor of any further changes based on nature of the TB infection (lung vs other sites), duration of treatment so far, susceptibility of the TB isolates, and other factors. However, if lab abnormality is with liver enzymes, usually rifampin is held as well.

M 20 yr female TB lymphadenitis. Prescribed R-cinex:Rifampin 450mg & isoniazid 300mg & pyzina 1000mg. Ethambutol not prescribed is my treatment correct?

TB treatment: We usually use Ethambutol as part of this regimen in case the TB is resistant to either Rifampin or isoniazid. If your doctor already knows which drugs the big is susceptible to, or if resistance rates are very low in your area, leave out the Ethambutol may be the correct treatment. You should discuss this issue with the prescribing doctor.
