You may have: fractured it at the time of the skateboarding accident .... you don't say whether you had it properly evaluated and treated at that time. It may have healed improperly. Ganglion?: If there is no history of acute injury then I would suspect either a ganglion cyst or possibly degeneration of cartilage. If your pain has persisted beyond 4 weeks I would suggest follow up with a hand surgeon for an X-ray and exam. Good luck ...Read more

Usually Harmless: Noises like this are usually harmless and represent a tendon moving i've a bony prominence. If you hve pain orlited range of motion then see a doctor. If its just the noise, it is harmless. Good luck. ...Read more

Don't worry: You either have some joint hypermobility, or sustained a mild injury to it and now it is mildly swollen so the excess fluid makes the sounds you hear. If no pain, would not suggest anything. If becomes uncomfortable, consider seeing an orthopedist for evaluation. ...Read more

Arm troubles: Hello, it sounds like while you were fast asleep, you were compressing your ulnar nerve. This happens easily since the nerve travels close to the elbow. This is only temporary problem and should resolve with a minute or two. As far as the wrist clicking, i would give that a day or so also.
