Need more info: Blisters on the backs of hands could be insect bites of some sort, but autoimmune blistering diseases like bullous pemphigoid can also do this. A more rare condition called porphyria cutanea tarda also often has blisters on the backs of the hands as the main issue, and a related disease called "pseudoporphyria" can also do this.
