What would you tell a patient with constant bouts of weakness and severe body aches, but had all possible labs, normal. Would you give up on them?

Fatigue: I would never give up on any patient. Since labs are normal , I assume most of the major conditions are ruled out . I would recommend go natural way, eat plants based vegan diet, try avoiding gluten, drink plenty of water, get adequate sleep, maintain circadian rythm, make sure you have daily regular bowel movements , do some relaxation and stretching yoga, walk in fresh air, do not give up.
