My Upper Back Hurts After An Ab Workout
I pulled a muscle during workout 3days back. Am currently on painkillers. Now my right upper abdomen feels tight and hurts. What should i do?
Need More Info: What muscle did you "pull?"Should I assume it wasn't your abdominals? Also, just what did you do to "pull" it? what kind of "painkillers?" Sounds like: you may have also strained you NECK an PINCHED a nerve at the c6-c7 level!
