Sciatica: 30's female with unilateral sciatica needs evaluation for cause of this neuralgia. Neural impingement might be occurring at lumbar foramena, sacroiliac joint or pyriformis muscle. Traction radiculitis: Based on the info provided you could be irritating the lumbar nerve root which will either cause pain, pins and needles (paresthesias), numbness, and/or weakness.
