Can a very small varicoele cause discomfort when standing for long periods of time? I was told only big ones do, but i always get that heavy feeling on one testicle if i stand for a few hours. I have a grade one varicocele. Does this make sense/ normal?

Unusual & unlikely: Small varicoceles are not usually associated with discomfort. However there are always exceptions to almost any rule. Treatment would depend upon how much this bothers you. Alternative is live with it & accept discomfort or sit down if this is possible. ...Read more
