Encourage her: To drink small amounts every hour of Pedialyte or Gatorade (something more than water that has glucose/salts etc). A small Dixie cup amount every half hour or so will help. The idea is small amounts are absorbed quickly before you throw it up. Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Ibuprofen for fever. Probably not serious: If there were a problem with the stomach or intestine, vomiting would occur with other food and drink as well. If only with tap water, it's probably a taste issue. Hydrate!: Depriving her of hydration would be the worst thing for her health, and a dangerous idea. Not drinking + fever + diarrhea are all ways she is at risk of dehydration.
