Gall bladder: Right sided back discomfort and abdominal bloating may be due to gall bladder pathology. Even though you don't have abdominal pain, it could still be a gall bladder problem. I recommend that you have an evaluation by your physician who will order the appropriate tests if he/she deems them advisable. In the meantime avoid fried and fatty foods.
